Placing Installation Requests:
Sign post installation requests can be placed 24/7 through our online ordering system. Work orders take just a few minutes to complete, and a credit card is required to confirm your booking. Our payment system is fully secure, we do not have access to your card details.
If you prefer a faster checkout experience, you can apply to keep a card on file through our Automatic Billing program.
Installations can be scheduled as far in advance as needed through our online system.

Important: A removal request must be clearly communicated to us to be scheduled.
For SOLD properties, we strongly recommend scheduling your removal as soon as you have a confirmed completion date. To avoid charges for unsuccessful trips:
We do not recommend leaving posts on site after completion, as they are significantly more likely to be lost or damaged once new ownership takes possession.
For CANCELLED listings, most posts are removed within 24–48 hours of your request.
To maintain efficient scheduling and consistent service, a $25 minimum service charge applies to all site visits, regardless of proximity.

While rare, clients are responsible for rented sign posts that are lost or damaged beyond repair.
If an issue occurs, please report it as soon as possible. We offer up to 50% reduced replacement costs when items are reported in advance.
Strata councils can have strict rules regarding real estate signage, and many no longer permit temporary signs. We strongly recommend confirming signage rules directly with the strata council before scheduling installation—regardless of what may be outlined in strata documents.
Sign post rentals are non-transferable between listings or agents, as pricing is set per listing.
Each new installation includes a freshly painted post & a new 6-month rental term.
Yes. We offer 3-month and 6-month extensions.
You will receive an email reminder 4–5 days before your rental expires, including extension options and a payment link.
While month-to-month extensions are not available, short grace periods (2–3 weeks) can typically be accommodated—just let us know.
Yes. We offer complimentary, secure sign storage for recurring clients. When signs are returned:
Please note: Complimentary sign storage is available to active clients of Sign Post Guys. Clients who have not submitted a service request for a period of 18 months or more may have stored signage recycled or disposed of at our discretion, without further notice. If you anticipate a pause in service, please contact our office to make alternative arrangements.
